- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Butter/Margarine2 tablespoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Icing sugar to taste
- In a bowl add all the ingredients (except the wheat flour and baking powder) and stir until smooth. Then slowly add the flour and finally the baking powder.
- Make balls and roll in icing sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
