- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Natural lemon juice3 tablespoon
- Lemon zest1 coffee spoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Icing sugar to taste
- Mix butter and sugar well.
- Add the egg and beat well.
- Add the zest and lemon juice and stir until incorporated.
- Add the Wheat Flour and mix until smooth.
- Finish with the yeast.
- Put it in greased shape with a spoon (the dough gets a little soft).
- Bake in preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
- Once done, add the icing sugar.
