Pasta: 3 eggs. | 120ml of oil. | 240 ml of milk | 1 cup of sugar. | 2 cups of wheat flour. | 1 sachet of Lemon Jelly. | 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder

Stuffing: 1 cx. condensed milk. | 1/2 box of sour cream. | juice of 1 large lemon

Lemon cake

No liquidificador coloque todos os ingredientes da massa menos o fermento em pó . Bata tudo por 4 min. 
Por último coloque o fermento em pó e bata por mais 1 min. 

In the blender place all the ingredients of the dough except the baking powder. Beat everything for 4 min.
Finally, add the baking powder and beat for another 1 min.

Unte a forma só com manteiga bem gelada , coloque a massa e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° de 30 a 40 min. dependendo do seu forno .

Ps: O tamanho da forma q eu usei é de 24,5 cm 

Unite the shape only with very cold butter, put the dough and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 30 to 40 min. depending on your oven.

Ps: The size of the mold I used is 24.5 cm

Recheio : Em uma vasilha coloque o leite condensado , o creme de leite e o suco de Limão e mexa até ficar consistente . Se preferir coloque tudo no liquidificador e bate por 2 min. 

Coloque por cimabdo bolo e finalize com raspas de Limão 

Stuffing: In a bowl, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and stir until consistent. If you prefer, put everything in the blender and hit for 2 min.

Place on top of the cake and finish with lemon zest
