- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Melted butter1 tablespoon

- Milk1 cup
- Strawberries to taste
- Blueberries to taste
- Bananas to taste
- Mix all dry ingredients except yeast and baking soda
- Add the melted butter, milk and stir until everything is dissolved.
- Add the yeast and bicarbonate of soda, incorporating gently.
- In a very hot non-stick frying pan, pour a ladle and let it spread.
- Wait for bubbles to form before turning.
- Garnish with the fruits and serve with honey or maple syrup.
