- Kibbeh flour300 g

- Salt to taste
- Ground beef300 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, hydrate the kibbeh flour, then drain to remove all the excess water.
- Mix the meat, flour, onion, salt, egg and mint.
- Make the kibbeh molds
- Bake in an air fryer preheated to 150c for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
