  • Kibbeh Flour250 g
  • Ground Beef500 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mint20 g
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell30 g
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Chimichurri to taste
  • Catupiry100 g
  • Hot Water300 ml
  1. In a bowl put the wheat flour and hot water and leave for 30 minutes to hydrate. When the flour has absorbed all the water, you can add the ground beef.
  2. Then add the egg, the diced onion, parsley, mint, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt and Chimichurri. Mix everything and book.
  3. Place several drops of catupiry on a plate and place in the freezer for 20 minutes, until firm.
  4. Take some dough and make a disk, put the catupiry and close and make kibbeh. Fry with hot oil. Can serve with lemon.
