Kibbeh flour500 g
Ground beef500 g
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Green Smell1 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Syrian Pepper to taste
Peppermint to taste
paprika to taste
Diced Mozzarella Cheese100 g

Hydrate the flour with enough water to cover, then remove the excess water with a clean dish towel, mix the ground meat, salt, pepper, butter and the other ingredients.
Blend until everything is well mixed.
