- Kibbeh flour500 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Green Smell1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Syrian Pepper to taste
- Peppermint to taste
- paprika to taste
- Diced Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Hydrate the flour with enough water to cover, then remove the excess water with a clean dish towel, mix the ground meat, salt, pepper, butter and the other ingredients.
- Blend until everything is well mixed.
- Model the kibes stuffing with the cubed cheese, let it rest a little in the freezer to make it easier to fry
- Fry in hot oil and it's ready.
