  • Ground beef500 g
  • Diced Mozzarella300 g
  • Wheat for kibbeh400 g
  • Hot water700 ml
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Mint1/2 cup
  • Green smell1/2 cup
  • Syrian Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Zaatar1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing0 to taste
  1. Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with hot water, close tightly with plastic wrap and let it hydrate until the hot water disappears.
  2. Add the other ingredients and knead well until smooth.
  3. Wet your hands, mold the dumplings, stuff them with a small piece of Mozzarella and close the balls well. Do this with all the dough.
  4. Pass olive oil on the balls and take the preheated airfreyr until golden well the temperature is 200 degrees.
  5. Serve with a pepper sauce.
