- Ground beef500 g
- Diced Mozzarella300 g
- Wheat for kibbeh400 g
- Hot water700 ml
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Mint1/2 cup
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Syrian Pepper1 teaspoon
- Zaatar1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Olive oil for greasing0 to taste
- Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with hot water, close tightly with plastic wrap and let it hydrate until the hot water disappears.
- Add the other ingredients and knead well until smooth.
- Wet your hands, mold the dumplings, stuff them with a small piece of Mozzarella and close the balls well. Do this with all the dough.
- Pass olive oil on the balls and take the preheated airfreyr until golden well the temperature is 200 degrees.
- Serve with a pepper sauce.
