  • Orange2 unit(s)
  • Large mango1 unit(s)
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste
  1. Sanitize the fruits.
  2. Cut the mango into pieces, discarding the core. Remove the shell, if you prefer. But it contains most of the vitamins ;)
  3. Remove the peel and pits from the orange. Use bagasse, a source of fiber.
  4. Put everything in the blender and beat for 1 min. Strain if you prefer.
