  • Buffalo mozzarella in blanket1 unit(s)
  • Arugula4 cup
  • Sun-dried tomato300 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Spread the mozzarella blanket on a board.
  2. Place a layer of arugula over the mozzarella and season with salt and olive oil.
  3. Place the sun-dried tomatoes on top of the arugula.
  4. Add another layer of arugula and season once more with olive oil and salt.
  5. Roll the mozzarella blanket over the arugula and sun-dried tomato layers, as if it were a rocambole.
  6. Once the mozzarella “rocambole” is made, cut into slices with a thickness of about 1 finger.
  7. Place in a refractory and serve.
  8. Makes approximately 14 slices, which serve 2 people very well (2 servings).
