- Basil to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the lid off the Italian bread and remove part of its crumb.
- Place the brie cheese inside the bread, the tomatoes and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Finish with basil leaves.
