- Wheat flour (no yeast)1 kg

- Warm water1 cup
- First I prepare the yeast: in a container I put the warm water, the yeast tablets, sugar and let it rise.
- Soon after, I add the cups of water, salt and flour, I'm adding it little by little until I reach the point of a smooth dough (so knead the dough well).
- Note: Let the dough rest for approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Then I open the dough and model (you can model in the shape you want, ball or long as in the photo).
- At the end, place the breads in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Then remove the buns to brush with the yolk and return to the oven, increase the temperature to 200°C and leave for 15-20 minutes.
