  • Oil150 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Grease the mold with oil and flour, set aside. And turn on the oven at 200°
  2. Cut the carrots into pieces that your blender will blend smoothly. Place the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender and blend until the carrots are crushed.
  3. Now add the sugar little by little. Beat for approximately 3 minutes.
  4. Put the wheat flour in the mixer and add the liquid from the blender, beat for enough time to incorporate the ingredients, put the baking powder and mix on minimum speed.
  5. Take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes, but keep an eye out because our ovens are different ok.
  6. Tip: do not beat for a long time when adding the wheat flour. And the same for baking powder. Beat just long enough to homogenize the ingredients. Make a delicious brigadeiro and enjoy every piece!!!
