Wheat flour700 g
Organic Dry Yeast10 g
warm milk250 ml
Eggs02 unit(s)
Sugar02 tablespoon
Margarine02 tablespoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Sugar for filling03 tablespoon
Cinnamon for the filling02 tablespoon
Gems for brushing02 unit(s)

In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, salt, margarine and milk,
Add the wheat flour and eggs. Knead the dough well until you get a smooth and soft dough that comes off your hands. If needed, add more flour to this point.
Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in volume for at least 40 minutes.
After that time, open the dough in a rectangular shape, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon; then roll up like a swiss roll.
Cut thick slices 2 fingers wide, place in a greased shape and sprinkled with wheat and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Then brush the buns with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
