  • Olive to taste
  • Chopped Pepper to taste
  • Corn to taste
  • grated carrot to taste
  • Chopped tomato1 to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 to taste
  • Ground beef350 g
  • grated mozzarella200 g
  • Garlic Seasoning and Salt to taste
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  1. Place the oil and ground beef in a frying pan. Mix well and cook until the meat is dry and lightly browned. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
  2. Put the tomato, carrot, pepper, olive, green corn. If you want, add black pepper, oregano and cook until all the liquids evaporate.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Cut each French loaf in half and press the crumb with your fingertips. Spread curd on each bread.
  5. Stuff each bun with the meat sauce. Place grated mozzarella on top and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
