- Tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and cilantro, chopped to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Straw Potato to taste
- In a pan add the diced potatoes and carrots, the tomato, onion, garlic, pepper and chopped cilantro, a spoon of olive oil, water and salt and bring to the fire to cook until the vegetables are al dente, do not overcook.
- When the vegetables are cooked add the sausages and tomato sauce. Take it to the fire to cook for another 6 minutes, turn off the fire and serve with bread and finish with potato straw.
