- Sausage with hot tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise2 dessert spoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 dessert spoon
- Mashed or processed and hot boiled English potato3/4 cup
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Minced Garlic1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Warm Whole Milk1/4 cup
- Start by preparing the puree. Heat the butter together with the oil in a pan and brown the garlic.
- Then add the potato and mix, season with salt and pepper.
- Add warm milk and mix. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the parsley. Reserve.
- Open the buns in half, spread the mayonnaise inside them and add the sausage.
- Spread a layer of puree over each hot dog and finish with Parmesan cheese.
