Hot Dog Bun2 unit(s)
Sausage with hot tomato sauce2 unit(s)
Mayonnaise2 dessert spoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese2 dessert spoon
Mashed or processed and hot boiled English potato3/4 cup
Butter1 dessert spoon
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Minced Garlic1 coffee spoon
Chopped Parsley to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Warm Whole Milk1/4 cup

Start by preparing the puree. Heat the butter together with the oil in a pan and brown the garlic.
Then add the potato and mix, season with salt and pepper.
Add warm milk and mix. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Adjust the salt and finish with the parsley. Reserve.
Open the buns in half, spread the mayonnaise inside them and add the sausage.
Spread a layer of puree over each hot dog and finish with Parmesan cheese.
