Hot dog bread7 unit(s)
Mozzarella cheese220 g
grated cheese1 to taste
Sausage (can be substituted for sausage)7 unit(s)
Cottage cheese250 ml
Bacon300 g

Bring the sausages to a boil over medium heat.
Cut the buns and spread the curd on both sides of the bun.
Remove sausages from cooking, let cool. Meanwhile cut the bacon into cubes and take it to the pan, along with the onion (no need for oil)
When it's golden, turn it off and let's go to assembly.
Take the cheese and wrap a slice in each sausage, place it on the bread with the curd (which we have already passed) and on top put plenty of bacon and grated cheese.
Take it to the oven until the cheese melts and then just serve with a refreshing drink.
