Corte a salsicha em rodelinhas , refogue o alho com o óleo , acrescente a salsicha e os temperos a gosto. Deixe fritar bem a salsicha mexendo cuidadosamente , em seguida acrescente o molho e a água mexa bem e sirva . 


Costumo utilizar vários temperos desidratados , coloquei esses na receita mas pode fazer com o que você gosta de usar . Adicionar coentro também deixa um sabor delicioso . 

1 kg de salsicha rende 15 pães dependendo até mais . 

Cut the sausage into slices, sauté the garlic with the oil, add the sausage and seasonings to taste. Let the sausage fry well, stirring carefully, then add the sauce and water, stir well and serve.


I usually use several dehydrated seasonings, I put these in the recipe but you can do with what you like to use. Adding cilantro also leaves a delicious flavor.

1 kg of sausage yields 15 buns depending on even more.
