- Tomato sauce300 g
- Water100 ml
- Beef or bacon tablet1 unit(s)
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Dried onion and parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Cut the sausage into slices, sauté the garlic with the oil, add the sausage and seasonings to taste. Let the sausage fry well, stirring carefully, then add the sauce and water, stir well and serve. I usually use several dehydrated seasonings, I put these in the recipe but you can do with what you like to use. Adding cilantro also leaves a delicious flavor. 1 kg of sausage yields 15 buns depending on even more.
