- Clove Powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Baking Soda1 coffee spoon
- Baking Powder1 coffee spoon
- Milk Chocolate100 g
- In a bowl place the dry ingredients, the lemon zest and the egg. Heat the honey for 30 seconds in the microwave and then place it in the bowl. Mix the dough well.
- Put a little butter in your hand to make balls and before placing them in the greased mold, flatten the ball. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then bake for 20 minutes.
- Place the chopped chocolate in a small refractory and melt in the microwave and after cooling, the biscuit is coated with chocolate. Wait for the chocolate to dry before serving.
