  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Purple fig2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Goat boursin type cheese (or cream cheese)6 tablespoon
  • Raw Parma ham or jamon serrano.50 g
  • Thyme for garnish to taste
  1. Cut the bread into slices with a finger thickness or 1.5 cm. Toast the bread in the skillet with a little oil.
  2. Cut the fig in 4 and brown it in a very hot skillet with a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of honey. (The skillet is really necessary for the fig to caramelize in contact with the skillet instead of cooking. If it's cold, it cooks and loses structure).
  3. On the toast place a tablespoon of goat cheese, half a slice of Parma ham. On top place the grilled fig, a small sprig of thyme and a drizzle of honey.
