- Wheat Flour11/2 cup
- Honey1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Butter75 g
- Natural Yogurt179 g
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 to taste
- In the mixer place the eggs and the sifted sugar and beat until it increases in volume. Then add the butter (it has to be in the ointment setting) and beat a little more.
- Add the Natural Yogurt and Beat a little more and add the honey and beat again. Add the sifted wheat flour and salt and beat. Lastly add the yeast and mix well.
- Place the dough in a round shape with a scoop in the middle, greased and bake until golden. You can put a spoonful of sifted icing sugar on top of the cake, before serving.
