- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon Powder1 tablespoon
- Clove Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Honey1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Baking Soda1 tablespoon
- Chocolate Powder1 cup
- Semisweet Chocolate200 g
- Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
- First put the condensed milk can to cook in the pressure cooker, add water until the can is covered and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Let the pressure release and remove the can to cool completely.
- In a bowl, put the milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and honey.
- Sift the wheat flour and chocolate into the bowl, mix well. Lastly, add the yeast and bicarbonate. Mix some more.
- Place in a greased shape and bake for 45 minutes or until golden. Wait for the cake to cool completely and unmold it and cut it in half. Stuff with the boiled condensed milk and close with the other part of the cake.
- Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and put it in the microwave to melt. Then pass the chocolate on the cake completely, take it to the fridge before serving.
