Honey and Oat Bread

Em uma batedeira colocar a farinha de trigo, o flocos de aveia, o sal e o fermento Seco.
Em uma tigela colocar o leite e a manteiga e levar para o micro-ondas para aquecer e derreter a manteiga, colocar essa mistura na batedeira e bater.


In a mixer place the wheat flour, oat flakes, salt and dry yeast.
In a bowl put the milk and butter and take it to the microwave to heat and melt the butter, put this mixture in the mixer and beat.


Acrescentar o mel e bater mais um pouco, até a massa fica lisa. Deixar descansar a massa por 1 hora ou até aumentar de volume.

Add the honey and beat a little more, until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it increases in volume.

Colocar em uma forma inglesa untada e paasar um pouco de mel na massa e salpicar um pouco de flocos de aveia e depois levar para assar por 30 minutos. Deixar esfriar para servir.

Place in a greased English mold and spread a little honey on the dough and sprinkle with some oat flakes and then bake for 30 minutes. Let cool to serve.
