  • Wheat1 kg
  • Salt20 g
  • Biological yeast20 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Water500 ml
  • Butter50 g
  • Sugar30 g
  1. In a small bowl, mix the yeast with 5 tablespoons of water (from the recipe) and 2 tablespoons of wheat. Let the yeast develop for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix; wheat, egg, sugar, butter, and yeast. Add water little by little until a homogeneous dough forms.
  3. Add salt to the dough. Now you will knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Afterwards, cover with plastic or damp cloth, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Shape the loaves into the desired size, place on aluminum trays greased with oil. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven, brush with butter to highlight the color and enhance shine.
  7. Serve. Good petite!!!
