- Wheat flour3 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Black sesame2 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Salt to taste
- Dissolve the margarine and the yeast in the slightly warm milk, add the flour, sesame and salt. Mix everything and knead the dough well until it doesn't stick to your hands. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Make balls and roll them out to form very thin discs. Toast one by one, on both sides in a non-stick frying pan, no need to grease. Let cool. Store in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. When it's time to eat, just heat it up again in the skillet with the stuffing you want.
