HOMEMADE PIZZA WITH POTATO PASTA

Coloque as batatas sobre uma assadeira redonda de pizza e amasse-as com o fundo de um pote ou com uma colher firma, espalhando-as para que formem a base da pizza. Regue com o azeite e o polvilhe o Fondor. Leve ao forno médio (180ºC), preaquecido, por cerca de 20 minutos ou até dourar. Retire e reserve.

Place the potatoes on a round pizza pan and mash them with the bottom of a pot or a firm spoon, spreading them out to form the base of the pizza. Water with the olive oil and sprinkle the Fondor. Take to medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for about 20 minutes or until golden. Remove and book.

Espalhe o molho de tomate sobre a Massa, cubra com o queijo, disponha as fatias de salame e finalize com o orégano. Leve ao forno novamente por 15 minutos ou até dourar e o queijo derreter. Sirva.

Spread the tomato sauce over the Pasta, cover with the cheese, arrange the salami slices and finish with the oregano. Bake again for 15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve.
