  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Warm water250 ml
  1. Preparation mode: In a bowl place the water, sugar, oil, olive oil, salt, yeast, egg and mix with the aid of a spatula. Add the flour little by little, mix until it comes out of your hands. Take the dough to a bench sprinkled with a little wheat flour (or oil) and knead 💪 for about 10 minutes Place the dough in the bowl and cover, let it rest for approximately 30 minutes (until it doubles in volume), open the dough (in parts) in a greased shape with oil, place tomato sauce, the stuffing of your choice (I used mozzarella, ham, pepperoni, olives, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil), take it to the pre-heated oven until roasted, browned, golden and ready.
