1 and a half cup wheat flour1 unit(s)
Whole milk1 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
Sugar1 teaspoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Butter or olive oil1 tablespoon

Beat all the ingredients leaving the yeast to be added at the end.
Grease a 28 to 30 cm diameter shape with olive oil and spread the dough with a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and spread the topping of your choice. Return to the oven to brown the topping.
