- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour320 g
- Salt and stuffing1 to taste
- Oil1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients of the recipe, and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Then, before kneading and shaping the finished dough, on a smooth surface, flour the place, and then take the dough and start kneading well with a rolling pin.
- With the rolling pin, open the dough well and cut it into 4 pieces, and start filling it with the stuffing you prefer.
- After filling, gather the ends of the dough and press the ends with a fork. Then just fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Finally, remove from the pan and on absorbent paper remove excess oil. Okay, now it's perfect to serve.
