In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients, gradually adding the flour. Cover with a dish towel and let rest for 15 minutes.
After the rest, divide the dough into 8 equal parts... Open one by one with the help of a rolling pin and sprinkle with flour little by little so it doesn't stick...
Stuff the dough with the already fried hamburger, a slice of cheese, 1 ham and on top of the tomato..close delicately... Brush with the egg yolk and sprinkle with the oregano. Bake over medium heat for 30 minutes... (Note) use the stuffing of your preference.
