  • Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt (pinch) to taste
  1. Squeeze two oranges and reserve the juice. Remember to remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the third orange into cubes with the peel and pomace and set aside. Also remove the seeds.
  3. In the blender add the eggs, oil, salt, sliced orange and sugar. Beat until the dough becomes a cream.
  4. Transfer the cream to a mixer or bowl and gradually add the flour while the dough is beating.
  5. Add the orange juice to the dough and mix;
  6. Finally, add the yeast to the dough;
  7. Grease a hole shape with butter or margarine and sprinkle with sugar;
  8. Transfer the dough to the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
  9. Unmold carefully after cooling;
  10. Serve it with a delicious coffee ;-)
