- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- warm milk1 cup
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar3 tablespoon
- Pink salt1 teaspoon

- Canola or Sunflower Oil4 tablespoon
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, then add the rest of the ingredients (minus the flour) mixing well until incorporated! Add a cup at a time and hands in the dough, knead well until the dough completely unglued from the hand. Cover with a cloth and take it to rest for 40 min in a warm place, after the dough has doubled in size, open it with a rolling pin, leaving it at 1 cm thick and cut the rectangles, let it rest in the shape for another 25 minutes and take it to bake. in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. I made a little mixture to make them golden, I used 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of saffron, brushed and sprinkled sesame on top.
