  • Whole milk powder200 g
  • Water1 l
  1. Heat half of the water until it reaches 47° (or until you can count to 10 with your finger in the water).
  2. In the other half of the water, you will put the powdered milk and natural yogurt. Mix everything and set aside until the water warms up.
  3. Take a pot that has a good amount of time and put all the mixture in it.
  4. Seal well and place in a styrofoam box for at least 8 hours. The time will depend on the temperature of your city. The hotter the faster it hardens. The longer he stays outside the more he gets acidic, so keep an eye out!
  5. Once the yogurt is firm, you can put it in the fridge and use as needed.
  6. Tip: A cup of plain yogurt makes 12 liters of yogurt. And the other ingredients just increase according to the amount of the recipe you want to make.
