- Organic Corn Flake2 cup
- Large flaked oats2 cup
- Sunflower Nugget3/4 cup
- Pumpkin seed3/4 cup
- Cashew Nuts1/2 cup
- Flaxseed1/2 cup
- Chia seed1/2 cup
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Pre heat oven 230 degrees;
- Mix all dry ingredients;
- Add the honey and mix until it spreads well;
- Pour the ingredients into a non-stick roast or line a roast with Dover paper, spread well (avoid sticking to the bottom of the roast and making that mess);
- Place in the oven and stir every 5 minutes for 30 to 40 minutes until it reaches that uniform golden color in the photo! Stir well so that it doesn't burn on one side;
- Remove from oven and let cool! In yogurt and fruit looks wonderful!!
