- Baguette bread1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise7 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic4 tablespoon
- Parsley or chives2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and set aside
- Cut the baguette in half to fill and pass the reserved mixture
- 1- Sprinkle the grated parmesan 2- Place the mozzarella on top 3- Take it to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese
- 1- Cut into pieces 2- Serve :)
