  • Warm water395 ml
  • Oil198 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Crystal sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 pint
  1. Take all the ingredients and hit the blender for 3 min.
  2. Place this liquid in a bowl.
  3. You will need 1,200 good quality wheat flour. Maybe you don't use everything and if you do, use just that much flour. If you add more, the dough gets heavy and the dough turns into a brick.
  4. Add the flour little by little, knead well and feel the dough. It will stick to your hand and if there is any flour left over, add a little more and knead well again. Let it grow.
  5. Grown up? Knead some more and shape your donuts and let them grow again.
  6. Brush the donuts with a mixture of skinless yolk with a little coffee. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden. With the screw still hot, spread a syrup that you like the most (I use condensed milk with milk).
