  • Tuscan sausage (I used aurora)3 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the buns in half, knead the crumbs and set aside.
  2. Slightly cut the sausage and remove the film, in a refractory, undo the sausage buds and mix well until it is “ground”
  3. Mix the chopped mozzarella with the ground sausage, and place a handful of the sausage and mozzarella mixture on each half of the bread, and knead well so it sticks to the bread. Do this with all the breads and set aside.
  4. In a frying pan, add the margarine and let it melt, when it is melted, place the breads with the sausage side down to toast. Take it out when it's well toasted.
  5. Serve!
