- Salt to taste
- Vinegar4 teaspoon
- Guava1 unit(s)
- Water to taste
- Boil a liter of milk
- After boiling, add the vinegar and salt, stir only once and let it rest.
- When it curdles, take a sieve and strain, remove all the water, use a dish towel to drain all the liquid.
- The qualified part just put it in a pot and put it to freeze then just unmold it
- In a pan, chop the guava and add the water and let it boil to melt.
- Then just throw it over the cheese and enjoy.
