Chopped Boiled Cassava2 cup
Oil1 cup
Salt (pinch)1 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
Wheat flour2 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
1/5 cup sugar1 cup
Milk powder1 tablespoon

In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, sugar, cassava, salt, milk, powdered milk and butter;
Transfer the dough to the mixer or a bowl. Add flour and beat until smooth, finally add the chemical yeast and mix well.
Grease a tray and pour the dough into it.
Add Parmesan cheese as much as you like on top of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the desired color is reached. The time in the oven varies according to the power of the oven.
Serve with a delicious fresh coffee ;-)
