- 400ml of warm water400 ml

- 1/3 cup (tea) of oil1/3 cup
- 3 tablespoons of sugar3 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) salt1 dessert spoon
- 1 sachet of dry yeast (10g)1 g
- 800g wheat flour (no yeast)800 g
- In a bowl or basin, add the water, egg, oil, sugar, salt and yeast;
- Add the wheat flour little by little and mix.
- Start to knead and knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it is very smooth and homogeneous;
- TIP: if the dough is hard, add a little more water. If it gets soft, add a little more flour.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour;
- Then divide the dough into four parts (or as many as you wish);
- Open with the help of a rolling pin and roll the dough as if it were a roulade, to shape the homemade bread;
- Place them on a baking sheet greased with margarine;
- Cover again and let it rest for another 40 minutes;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes or until golden.
