  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Warm water200 ml
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Oil or olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Sliced Mortadella300 g
  • Oregano and sesame to taste
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients well and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that time, I opened the dough with a rolling pin, spread the mortadella and oregano slices, closed the dough, put it in a pudding mold, greased with oil.
  2. I brushed a yolk and on top of the sesame to taste, put it in the oven for 40 minutes. It looks delicious and matches any stuffing 😋
