- Wheat flour400 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Warm water200 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil or olive oil3 tablespoon
- Sliced Mortadella300 g
- Oregano and sesame to taste
- Mix all the dough ingredients well and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that time, I opened the dough with a rolling pin, spread the mortadella and oregano slices, closed the dough, put it in a pudding mold, greased with oil.
- I brushed a yolk and on top of the sesame to taste, put it in the oven for 40 minutes. It looks delicious and matches any stuffing 😋
