- Wheat flour4 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Warm water450 ml
- Pork lard100 ml
- In a bowl add the flour and yeast, give a mixture, add the warm water, sugar, salt, lard and mix until well incorporated.
- Watch the dough while mixing and if necessary add more flour little by little, until it is smooth.
- Place on a floured bench, cut into two parts, open with a rolling pin, shape the loaves, let rise in a lightly greased and floured roast. Let it grow, until it double the volume.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
