  • warm water180 g
  • sugar40 g
  • dry yeast1 tablespoon
  • egg1 unit(s)
  • sunflower oil80 g
  • wheat flour480 g
  • salt10 g
  • yolk1 unit(s)
  • water1 teaspoon
  1. In a large bowl, place the water, sugar and yeast. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the lightly beaten egg, oil, two cups of flour, salt and mix well by hand.
  3. Gradually add the rest of the flour, as needed, until you get a ball of dough that sticks lightly to your hands.
  4. Place the dough on the bench and start kneading, sprinkle flour when necessary, knead well for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Put it back in the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the dough from the bowl, divide into 20 equal parts, cover with a cloth or plastic.
  7. Take a piece of dough, flatten it into a kind of rectangle and start rolling it up.
  8. When you finish rolling, gently press the ends to finish and roll the dough slightly on the counter to finish.
  9. Book and repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
  10. Place the biscuits in a greased form, leaving only 1 to 2 cm of space between them. Cover and let rise for an hour.
  11. When the buns are risen, beat the yolk with water and brush them.
  12. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
