- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Organic Yeast2 tablespoon
- Warm water500 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sesame to taste
- Place the yeast, sugar and 200ml of warm water in a bowl.
- Leave to act for 3 minutes
- Put the rest of the ingredients and knead and add the rest of the water until you get the point
- Knead the dough until it becomes a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After the dough has rested, divide the dough in half and go knead again.
- Roll the dough and make the bun
- Grease a mold with oil and place the dough, let it rest for another 40 minutes.
- When the dough is ready to bake, beat the egg and brush over the bread and sow sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes.
- Now just take your bread out of the oven and eat warm!
