  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Organic Yeast2 tablespoon
  • Warm water500 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sesame to taste
  1. Place the yeast, sugar and 200ml of warm water in a bowl.
  2. Leave to act for 3 minutes
  3. Put the rest of the ingredients and knead and add the rest of the water until you get the point
  4. Knead the dough until it becomes a smooth dough.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. After the dough has rested, divide the dough in half and go knead again.
  7. Roll the dough and make the bun
  8. Grease a mold with oil and place the dough, let it rest for another 40 minutes.
  9. When the dough is ready to bake, beat the egg and brush over the bread and sow sesame seeds.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes.
  11. Now just take your bread out of the oven and eat warm!
