- Wheat1 kg
- Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook until very soft. Drain and with them still warm, hit the blender with the milk, oil, eggs, sugar and salt.
- Put this mixture in a bowl and add the biological yeast and 1 cup of wheat, mix well, cover and put it to ferment. As soon as it ferments, add the wheat little by little and knead well. The dough cannot be soft not so hard. The secret is to knead well. Shape the buns, let rise until doubled in size and bake over low heat for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
